Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Grá Cróise. Every item is carefully hand-crocheted and packaged with love in Tipperary, Ireland.
Processing Times
Ready-made items are normally prepared for dispatch within [2–4 working days].
Made-to-order, personalised and bespoke items require additional time. The estimated processing time will be displayed on the product page or agreed with you when placing your order.
Processing times are separate from delivery times. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. While we will always do our best to help, delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in advance.
Delivery Within Ireland
Orders within Ireland are normally delivered within [1–3 working days] after dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Where tracking is included, your tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
International delivery is available to the countries shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary according to the destination and local postal service. International orders may experience delays due to customs processing, local delivery networks, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Grá Cróise cannot control or predict the amount charged by another country’s customs authority.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can be legally imported into their destination country.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will update the address where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be asked to pay the cost of sending it again. Any refund issued for a returned order may exclude delivery costs, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Delayed Orders
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays, severe weather, customs processing, busy seasonal periods or other events outside our reasonable control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us through the website contact form. We will check the available tracking information and assist you.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may need to allow the postal carrier’s required investigation period before a parcel can officially be treated as lost. Where an order is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it has been damaged during delivery, contact us promptly and include:
-
Your name and order number
-
A description of the damage
-
Clear photographs of the item and its packaging
Please retain the item and all packaging while we investigate the issue.
Separate Shipments
Where an order contains both ready-made and made-to-order products, the entire order may be dispatched together when all items are complete. If products are sent separately, we will let you know.
Cancellations and Returns
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our separate Refund and Returns Policy. Personalised and made-to-order items may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or excludes any rights available to you under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.
