Are all Grá Cróise products handmade?
Yes. Every item is carefully crocheted by hand in Tipperary, so no two pieces will ever be completely identical.
Do you accept bespoke or personalised requests?
Absolutely! You can submit a bespoke request with your preferred item, colours, size and any special details. I’ll contact you to discuss the design, price and estimated completion time.
How long do bespoke orders take?
Completion times vary depending on the design and my current order book. You’ll receive an estimated timeframe before your order is confirmed.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a bespoke order?
A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the finished item is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel a bespoke order?
Changes may be possible before work begins. Once materials have been purchased or work has started, changes and cancellations may not be accepted.
Can I return a personalised or bespoke item?
Bespoke and personalised items cannot normally be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Will my item look exactly like the photograph?
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, size and stitch placement may occur. These small differences are part of what makes each Grá Cróise creation unique.
What materials do you use?
Materials vary by product and are listed in each product description. Many Grá Cróise pieces are made using soft, durable cotton yarn.
How should I care for my crochet item?
Always follow the care instructions provided with your product. Gentle handwashing and reshaping while damp are generally recommended unless the product listing states it is machine washable.
Are bag charms suitable for children?
No. Grá Cróise bag charms are decorative accessories intended for ages 14 and over. They are not toys and may contain small parts.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-made products are usually dispatched within the timeframe shown at checkout. Bespoke orders will be dispatched once completed and fully paid.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for customs charges or import taxes.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging, and I’ll help resolve the issue.
Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes! Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. You can also include a gift message—just leave the wording in the order notes.
